Hey, I have no idea what Crossdrill workout is. Care to elaborate?

Cross Drill sounds intimidating and I don't think its meant for me

Each exercise in crossdrill is versatile enough to accommodate the fitness levels of a rank newcomer till he feels confident enough for the next level. The workout is designed like a competitive sporting event where you earn points based on the time you took to complete the routine, weights lifted and the number of repetitions achieved per set. You will start your workout with butterflies in your stomach and end it with a feeling of exhilaration. And we cannot stress enough, the magic of group training and our trained coaches who will keep pushing you beyond your boundaries.

Each Cross drill session will be as intense as it will be challenging. You will perform movements that you have never performed. But that shouldn?t hold you back because you fear injuries. Our trained coaches will help you build a strong foundation, teach you techniques before letting you add weights or increase intensity. You don?t need to be an athlete or be in excellent shape to enrol for Cross Drill. All you need is a hearty appetite for challenges and within a few weeks you?ll end up surprising yourself with your new found agility, flexibility, strength and toned physique. CROSSDRILL is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All Cr workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time?or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.
